Rune Vikan

Vikan has long experience in business law, among other things as an "in-house" and external lawyer for large and medium-sized firms. This involves assistance in a number of legal issues, including labor law. He has special expertise in contract law, including international contractual relationships. Vikan works a great deal on legal issues in development and construction of residential and commercial real estate and otherwise in real estate law in a broad sense. Key parts of his case portfolio include tax and excise duty legal issues. Vikan continually litigates cases in court and is a lecturer in contract law and negotiations. He is an authorised judicial mediator.
