Stian Wessel

Wessel works to a large extent on tax and corporate law matters of both a national and international nature. He assists in connection with re-organisations, transactions and successions, including contract law and employment law matters. He has assisted in a number of matters in various industries, such as oil and gas, building and construction, property development, etc. Wessel also assists clients in tax disputes and litigates cases before Norwegian courts.
